Limestone & Jerusalem Stone

Limestone is a very practical and durable stone that can be easily maintained, making it very popular and much loved. It is a sedimentary stone formed as the result of millions of years of shells and bones from innumerable, tiny sea creatures settling on the bottom of the sea.

Limestone is a popular and stylish asset to any home. Traditionally white limestone, cream limestone or shades of beige limestone are found (e.g. the popular Moleanos Beige Limestone); we also uniquely stock black limestone. Uses include hallways, kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories for both the floor & walling.

Jerusalem stone is a type of solid and durable limestone. It is available in many forms such as polished, honed, sandblasted, light and rough chiselled, flamed and various types of antique finishes.
