Our wide choice of slate allows any colour scheme to be complimented and at the same time, as our pictures show, will suit any domestic or commercial property, whether you are looking for a traditional rustic look or a more contemporary feel. Our new range of "Aged" slate and stone flooring has been specially selected to create an authentic antiqued appearance which will "look like it's been there forever!" and has already proved to be extremely popular in recreating an origibnal flagstone floor in farmhouse and period property renovations, as well as pubs, and can be used for patios and pathways. Alternatively, our square edged slate range can give a more modern contemporary feel to any new build, bar, or restaurant. The non-slip qualities of slate do enable the product to be used anywhere and due to it's hardwearing surface is particularly suited to high traffic areas, and works prefectly with underfloor heating systems, as slate is a fantastic retainer of heat. Our ranges of slate flooring and flagstones are quarried specifically for us, and are supplied in a variety of sizes, either random pattern or single sizes, in a choice of shades, the most popular being a dark graphite grey or a lighter blue/grey green. They are available in sizes from 300mm x 150mm up to 900 x 900mm in 12/15mm nominal thickness. Our more rustic riven flagstone range is available in crate quantities up to sizes of 1200mm x 900mm and in a thickness of 25-35mm, it is particularly suited to exterior paving and patios, pathways etc. |
